Delete Your Fitchex Account
This public page explains how Fitchex users can request deletion of their account and related personal data.
How to Request Deletion
In the Fitchex app, open Settings and use the account deletion option where available.
You can also email support@fitchex.com from the email address connected to your Fitchex account and ask us to delete your account.
We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.
Data We Delete
When deletion is completed, we delete or de-identify account and profile information, profile photos or avatars, uploaded outfit posts and photos, captions, bio, friendships, follows, ratings, notifications, blocks, and other social data connected to the account where reasonably possible.
Data We May Retain
Some information may be retained when necessary for legal, safety, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, or abuse-reporting purposes.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days.
