These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Fitchex mobile app and related services.

Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, or using Fitchex, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Fitchex.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Fitchex.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure.
Fitchex may support email/password sign-in and third-party sign-in options such as Google or Apple.
User Content
You are responsible for content you upload or create in Fitchex, including outfit photos, captions, profile information, ratings, reports, and social actions.
You keep ownership of your content, but grant Fitchex permission to host, process, display, and use it as needed to operate and improve the service.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Fitchex for unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, exploitative, infringing, spam, or security-compromising activity.
Do not post content that violates another person's rights or harms minors.
Safety and Enforcement
Fitchex provides reporting and blocking tools. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts when needed to protect users or enforce these Terms.
Account Deletion
You may request account deletion in the app or by emailing support@fitchex.com.
Some information may be retained when needed for legal, safety, security, backup, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes.
